To ensure that beekeepers within the Town of Eleanor are properly registered with the State of West Virginia according to "The West Virginia Apiary Act." This article will also serve to protect people and animals by ensuring all those who operate apiaries are doing so in a reasonable manner and in conformance with the required regulations listed in Section 506.03 of this Article and all others listed in "The West Virginia Apiary Act."
