(a) No person shall keep any kind of poultry, fowl or pigeon within 200 feet of any structure owned by another and used for human habitation, occupation or assembly, whether the structure is in the same or adjacent block or square, nor shall any fowl, poultry or pigeon be permitted by the owner thereof to run, fly, stray or otherwise be at large in any streets of the Town or in any lot or premises not in the possession or under the control of the owner of such poultry, fowl or pigeon.
(b) No person shall keep or permit to be kept within the corporate limits any hog, goat, cow, chicken or other animal or fowl in a pen or otherwise confined in any lot, to the annoyance, detriment or inconvenience of an neighbor or the public.
