505.19  VACCINATION OF DOGS.
   Anyone who keeps or harbors a dog within the boundaries of the Town shall have such dog properly vaccinated or immunized against rabies with a vaccine capable of producing immunity for two years and shall every second year thereafter have such dog re-vaccinated with a vaccine capable of producing immunity for two years. Whoever obtains an unvaccinated dog shall at once have such dog properly vaccinated against rabies with a vaccine capable of producing immunity for two years and shall have such vaccination repeated every second year with a vaccine capable of producing immunity among dogs and becoming a menace and danger to people, livestock poultry and game and the provisions herein are designated to prevent the spread of rabies.
