505.16 OBSERVATION OF DOG BITING A PERSON.

Every person owning or harboring a dog in the Town which shall bite any person shall forthwith place the dog, at his own expense, in the custody and care of a licensed veterinarian and shall comply with the provisions of Section 505.27(a).
