505.09 IMPOUNDING ANIMALS.

The Humane Officer shall cause to be seized and impounded any dog or other animal at large in the Town, whether licensed or unlicensed. Any dog so seized shall be impounded at the County Animal Shelter unless and until the Mayor shall designate a different shelter.
