365.05 MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO CREATE OR TO MAINTAIN SUCH NUISANCE.

It shall be unlawful for any individual, company or corporation to leave or permit to remain upon public or private property (except as hereinafter provided), within the Town of Eleanor, Putnam County, West Virginia, any junked vehicle or parts or portion thereof.
