Each person using the streets of the Town of Eleanor is liable for their own actions. Liability insurance coverage varies and each person operating an all-terrain vehicle on the public streets and those areas accessible by the public should verify their coverage. Nothing in this section shall be construed as an assumption of liability by the town for any injuries to persons or
property which may result from the operation of an all-terrain vehicle by a permit holder of the failure by the town to revoke said permit.
