171.02 MUNICIPAL JUDGE.

(a) Council shall by majority vote appoint a Municipal Judge who shall serve at the will and pleasure of Council and shall be paid out of the Town treasury on a monthly basis at a rate to be set by Council.

(b) The term of office shall be for a period of two years.
