147.07 APPROVAL OF THE TOWN.

The Town of Eleanor Building Commission shall not undertake any project or exercise any of the powers authorized by the provisions of the Act (W. Va. Code §8-33-1 et seq.). In support or furtherance of any project, unless such project is first approved by the Town of Eleanor and its governing body.
