(a) The Board shall consist of five members one of which shall be the Mayor, two members shall serve for a term of two years and two members shall serve for a term of three years and all vacancies shall be filled by appointment for the unexpired term and appointment of successors shall be made by Town Council.
(b) The Board shall hold not less than one regular meeting a month. Regular meetings of the Board shall be the first Thursday of each month. (Ord. 73-3. Passed 11-6-73.)
