133.18 PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT OF TOWN.

It shall be the duty of the Town Recorder, immediately upon approval of the annual report and settlement of officers by Council in each year, to make up and publish the annual financial statement of this Town in manner and form as prescribed by the Code of the State of West Virginia, as amended.
