133.07 DUTIES AS CLERK OF COUNCIL.

The Town Recorder shall as Clerk of Council perform all of the duties lawfully pertaining to such office. As Clerk and Recorder, he shall keep the books and records of the Town and shall attend all meetings of Council for the purpose of preparing and keeping the records and minutes of Council.
