133.05  MONTHLY STATEMENT.
   The Town Recorder shall also make up monthly statements of the monies received by him and the amount paid out during the month, by orders and drafts issued by him, countersigned by the Mayor, and paid out during the month, showing the balance in bank to the credit of the Town at the end of each month, and shall file the same with the Mayor or Council on or before the tenth day of the month succeeding.
