133.01 DUTIES AS TREASURER.

The Town Recorder shall be the Treasurer of the Town and shall have charge of the Departments of Finance and Taxation. He shall keep an accurate set of books and records, showing all receipts for money coming into his hands by virtue of his office and duties, keeping the funds properly separated. (Ord. 68-1. Passed 3-8-68.)
