(a) Residential and Commercial.
Setback, front shall be a minimum of twenty (20) feet from the lot line, front.
Setback, side shall be a minimum of five (5) feet from a dwelling or structure, and a minimum of four (4) feet from the lot line, side.
Setback, rear shall be a minimum of four (4) feet from the lot line.
