(a) A subordinate structure located on the same lot with the principal structure, occupied or devoted to an accessory use in the same ownership as such principal use, or operated and maintained on the same lot for the benefit or convenience of the owners, occupants, employees, customers, or visitors of the principal use. An accessory structure shall not be the sole use of the lot.
(b) Private swimming pools shall be considered an accessory structure, and shall adhere to all rules and setbacks of this article.
