(a) In the event a mobile home, in existence and installed prior to the passage of this article is totally destroyed by fire, the owner shall be permitted to replace said mobile home within thirty (30) days of the date it was destroyed, and locate the same on the same lot the previous mobile home occupied.

(b) In the event a mobile home, in existence and installed prior to the 17th day of May, 1997, is removed from a lot or parcel of land within the corporate limits of the Town of Eleanor to be replaced with another mobile home, it can only be replaced within thirty (30) days with a new mobile home that has never been titled.
