131.01 SUPERVISION OF STREETS, SIDEWALKS, PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS.

The Mayor shall have general supervision of the construction and maintenance of all streets, sidewalks, public buildings and public grounds and all the work done thereon.
