Whoever violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or whoever resist the enforcement of any of the provisions of this article, where no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00). Each day's continuance of a violation shall be considered a separate offence.
