The following accessory buildings and uses shall be permitted:
(a) Accessory parking areas.
(b) Other accessory uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use, including signs attached flat against a building, and elevated signs not exceeding fifty square feet in area per face, provided these are at least five feet from any street lot line.
(c) Signs, parking areas and buildings may be illuminated, providing the use of such illumination does not confuse, blind or distract vehicle operators on the highways or streets.
