The following buildings and uses may be permitted in the Residential/Business District;
(a) Single family residential dwelling.
(b) Double-family and Multi-family residential dwelling.
(c) Home occupation or professional office within the owners dwelling.
(d) Licensed, Child care centers, kindergartens or nursery schools, subject to the following provisions:
(1) For each child to be cared for, a minimum of 200 square feet of outdoor play area;
(2) There shall be a fence constructed which is capable of containing the children within the play area; and
(3) Such use shall not constitute a nuisance because of traffic, number of children being cared for, noise or types of physical activities which will be allowed in residential districts.
(e) Public utility uses.
(f) Rooming houses.
(g) Group housing projects.
(h) Barber shops.
(i) Beauty shops.
(j) Pet Groomers
