1305.02 ORDINANCES, REGULATIONS AND CODES.

Any and all regulations, ordinances and codes regarding the control of land use(s) and land use development adopted by the Town of Eleanor including but not limited to, Subdivision Regulations, Floodplain Management Ordinance, Improvement Location Permit Ordinance, and Salvage Yard Ordinance, shall be in full force and effect in the Town of Eleanor pursuant to the requirement of Chapter 8, Article 24 of the Code of West Virginia.
