1305.01 DESIGNATING THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Putnam County Planning Commission is authorized and designated to serve and act as the Planning Commission for the Town of Eleanor in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 8, Article 24, Section 13 of the Code of West Virginia.
