§ 23 NETWORK TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS.
   The grantee shall, at all times, maintain its cable system in compliance with those technical standards publicized by the FCC, pursuant to the Cable Act, being 47 U.S.C. §§ 521 et seq., as amended, published June 30, 1992, to become effective December 30, 1992, subject to the following.
