§ 6.39 DAMAGE ASSESSMENT.
   (A)   The Mayor and/or the City Administrator shall be responsible for contacting the County Civil Defense Director to secure the service of the county damage assessment team.
   (B)   Early assessment by the team will be gathered as a byproduct of radio communication from police, fire and other units which are first in the field. When the general areas have been outlined from the information gathered from radio communication, the data shall be further refined and analyzed by field examination. Such field work to be done by the damage assessment team and volunteers or support personnel who have been released from other primary duties.
