The County Civil Defense Director and/or the City Administrator is responsible for maintaining the names and phone numbers of persons to contact to secure buses needed for evacuation of people, regardless of the day of the week or the time of day. The Public Works Director is responsible for maintaining information on contacts for securing vehicles for transporting large quantities of material and on the stipulations associated with the use of those vehicles.
