(A) Priorities for evacuation will be established by Police and Fire Departments based upon the degree and immediacy of the threat, ability of those threatened to evacuate themselves and the number of persons housed in the facility, except that school buses will be used to evacuate schools first. First source of buses will be the public schools. Private vehicles will be utilized as appropriate, determined by the E.P.D. The supplier(s) of the buses will supply drivers.
(B) Prior to evacuation, coordination will be made by the Civil Defense Director or the receiving community for sheltering of evacuees.
