(A) It is the responsibility of the City Street Department to clean and maintain passable city streets. They shall also communicate with the police and fire departments in order that they might effectively seal off an entire area. They shall notify the State Highway Commission of any state highways that are blocked.
(B) Further assistance can be obtained from the County Engineer and private contractors.
