Emergency Health Coordinator develops system to conduct an outreach program to screen for affected individuals in coordination with local mental health centers and clinics; provides crisis counseling services in the disaster area and within the Federal Disaster Assistance Center (DAC), if it is established; and provides the State Mental Health Authority (IMHA) with information describing the counseling needs of the citizenry and the requirement for additional assistance.
