§ 21 SERVICE AGREEMENTS.
   The grantee shall have the right to prescribe a reasonable “contract and service agreement” for use between the grantee and its subscribers. Such agreement shall be consistent with all terms and conditions of this chapter and shall be consistent with all state and federal laws, including all FCC regulations.
