§ 6.01 AUTHORITIES.
   The Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. App. 2251 through 2297). Emergency Management, Iowa Code Chapter 29C, 1995, which provides the authority for disaster services and emergency planning matters within the state, including county and local disaster services.
