§ 19 CHANGE IN CHANNEL ARRAY.
   The grantee shall provide 30 days’ advance notice to the grantor and subscribers of any changes of channels line-up, unless the schedule of such changes is beyond the control of the grantee. In such case, the grantee shall provide notification and explanation immediately by public notice.
