§ 17 INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUBSCRIBER TERMINALS IN CITY BUILDINGS AND SCHOOLS.
   (A)   The grantee shall install and maintain basic service and cable programming service without charge to the City Hall building, the fire station, the police station, the library and North Scott Administrative Building, North Scott Junior High School, North Scott High School, Ed White Elementary School and Eldridge Community Center.
   (B)   In the event that a new government or school building is constructed within the territorial limits, the city may request additional hookups and show reasonable need for service and the grantee shall not unreasonably refuse to provide the same basic service and cable programming service to said building. One standard drop and one converter (if needed) per building shall constitute compliance. The grantee shall locate cable television terminals within such buildings at the location prescribed by the grantor or the recognized educational authority located within territorial limits of the grantor. This provision shall apply only to those buildings accessible to the grantee’s system.
