The grantee shall, upon reasonable request of the grantor, contractors or other private parties, including all residents of the grantor, locate the exact location of buried services by visible markings within 72 hours of said request, the grantee shall also maintain membership in Underground Plant Location Service, Inc., d/b/a Iowa One Call, or its successor or replacement.
