In cases of emergency, the grantee may make whatever repairs are necessary to maintain the operation of the cable system at required levels; provided, however, that all emergency work shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws, ordinances and regulations. The grantee shall be responsible for any damages resulting from temporary repairs.
