Upon termination of the franchise for any cause, the grantee agrees to remove any property belonging to the grantee which the grantor requests to have removed for good reason set forth by the grantor from all public property and private property within the city within a reasonable time not to exceed 160 days, and shall return such public property and private property to the owner thereof in the same condition as when the property of the grantee was placed thereon, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
