§ 8 GRANTOR TO ASSUME CONTROL.
   In the event of receivership or bankruptcy as in § 7 of this chapter, the grantor shall have the right to assume control and management of the cable system by satisfying the creditors and the courts, in order to assure continued acceptable quality of service to subscribers.
