§ 14.00 VOYEURISM.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for a person to enter upon the property of another with the effect of violating the privacy of a person therein.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, VIOLATING THE PRIVACY shall be defined as physical observation of another at such times or in such manner as would cause distress to a reasonable person so observed.
