§ 13.03 SALE OR POSSESSION OF OFFENSIVE WEAPONS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall sell, give or otherwise supply defensive weapons, as defined in § 13.02 of this chapter, to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe him or her to be under 18 years of age, and no person or persons under 18 years of age shall individually or jointly have offensive weapons in his, her or their possession or control.
