§ 12.00 PENALTY.
   Anyone violating any of the provisions of §§ 1.00 through 11.00 of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or a fine not exceeding $500. Each day that a violation continues to exist constitutes a separate offense.
