The grantee shall not install its cable system on private property without first securing written permission of the owner or tenant in possession of such property, or the written permission of the holder of any non-public easement for utility lines or similar purposes, and in accordance with law. Upon request, the grantee shall inform owners and tenants of the functions of all equipment installed on private property.
