§ 7.11 TRANSPORT OR CONVEY OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to transport or convey any controlled substance, as defined in Iowa Code Chapter 204, by motor vehicle on any highway or street in the city.
