§ 2.1 FRANCHISE.
   The franchise granted by the grantor and accepted by the grantee pursuant to this chapter shall provide to the grantee the non-exclusive right, privilege and authority to construct, operate and maintain a cable system in the territorial limits for the term specified in the franchise.
