§ 3.07 REFUSING TO ASSIST AN OFFICER.
   When lawfully required by a sheriff, police officer, constable or other officer to willfully neglect or refuse to assist him or her in the execution of the duties of his or her office in any criminal case or in any case of escape or rescue.
