(A) No person shall knowingly smell or inhale the fumes of toxic vapors, whether synthetic or organic, for the purpose of causing a condition of euphoria, excitement, exhilaration, stupefaction or dulled senses of the nervous system. No person shall knowingly possess, buy or use any such substance for the purposes described in this section, nor shall any person knowingly aid any other person to use any such substance for the purposes described in this division (A). This division (A) shall not apply to the inhalation of anesthesia or other substances for prescribed medical or dental purposes.
(B) No person shall use an aerosol spray product or other inhalant that is not used pursuant to the instruction or prescription of a licensed healthcare provider, or that is not used pursuant to the manufacturer’s label instructions, for the purposes described in division (A) above.
(C) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly uses or possesses with intent to use inhalant paraphernalia to inhale, ingest or otherwise introduce a toxic vapor into the human body.
