§ 9.03 GENERAL REGULATIONS/OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS PERMITTED.
   (A)   Golf carts may be operated on the city streets by persons possessing a valid driver’s license and who are at least 18 years of age, except as otherwise prohibited by this section or the Iowa Code.
   (B)   Golf carts can only operate on city streets from sunrise to sunset.
