§ 8.02 PROHIBITION OF MOTORIZED VEHICLES ON BIKE PATHS.
   The parking and/or operation of motorized vehicles shall not be allowed on city bike paths at any time. An exception will be allowed for snowmobiles to cross the bike path when traveling along designated snowmobile routes.
