§ 8.01 DEFINITION.
   (A)   Motorized vehicle is any device for carrying person or objects equipped with a motor to produce motion.
   (B)   Motorized vehicles shall include, but not be limited to, automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, motor scooters and mopeds.
