§ 7.03 APPOINTMENT AND DISMISSAL.
   Appointment and dismissal of crossing guards shall be by the Chief of Police with the majority approval of the City Council. Each crossing guard shall be responsible to the Chief of Police and he or she shall be the sole supervisor of the school crossing guard.
