§ 6.07 SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be the responsibility of the abutting property owner to promptly remove snow and/or ice from the sidewalk. In the event that such snow and/or ice remain more than 36 hours, the city may remove them and assess the property. Charges for such removal shall be set forth by resolution of the Council.
